Delivery
At Lobo Solo we deliver to all states in the Mexican Republic , however, there are some postal codes where, for the moment, the parcel services do not have coverage. But don't worry! In case your delivery cannot be completed due to this situation, we will contact you and share the nearest Ocurre address with you. At Lobo Solo we only ship within the national territory.
*Occurs: Office where the customer can pick up their package.
The delivery time for your products will be 2 to 05 business days, this will run from the time the payment is made.
In EXTENDED areas it may take up to 15 days.
The shipping cost for purchases under $1,299.00 MXN is $79.00 MXN. For purchases over that amount, shipping will be free, as long as the cart has at least 1 product that is not on sale.
In the event that the parcel service goes to the address to deliver the package and no one is there at the time to receive it, a second delivery will be scheduled. If the latter fails again, it will be sent to the nearest offices, where the customer will have to pick it up within a period of 5 days. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the sender and when it is sent back to the address, the costs will be paid by the user .
CHANGES
- a) If the item has manufacturing defects, there will be no shipping cost if it is within the 30-day warranty period. (No exchanges or returns are accepted for SALE merchandise).
- b) If the company sends the wrong item, the user must report it immediately after receiving the order and the exchange can be made as long as it does not show signs of mistreatment or use and there will be no shipping cost.
- c) If the purchased product is to be exchanged for size, model, color, or if the customer does not like it, the costs will be paid by the customer. The cost of the exchange is $356, which includes two guides (round trip).
HOW TO MAKE A CHANGE EFFECTIVE?
Below are the steps you must follow to make the change effective:
- In the case of defective or damaged merchandise, a physical exchange of the product will be applied only if it is reported within the first 10 calendar days from when you have received your order.
- In case you wish to make an exchange for size, model or color, the exchange will only proceed if it is reported within the first 10 calendar days after delivery of the product. The User must directly bear the exchange costs.
- Generate your report by sending an email to enlinea @tiendaslobosolo.com or by calling or WhatsApping us at 477 705 0804, describing the reason for the change, including your purchase order details and the details of the product to be changed (Model/Description/Color/Size); Likewise, it is very important and necessary in cases of manufacturing defects to attach a photograph showing the details.
- Your request will be reviewed, and if approved, you will be sent an email indicating the step-by-step process to follow. In that same email, you will receive a pre-paid guide. In the case of a manufacturing defect only, you will have to print it and take the package to the nearest Estafeta branch (The package must be returned as it arrived, that is, with the original box, paper, labels, ticket, etc.)
- When the store receives the package (2 to 10 calendar days later) and if the exchange meets the specifications, you will be credited for the exchange and can request a new product of the same or higher cost, since WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
Billing Policies
- To request your invoice, you must do so on the same day after receiving the email indicating that your merchandise has been shipped.
- You must send a billing request to the email enlinea@tiendaslobosolo.com with a copy to mercadotecnia@lobosolo.com.mx.
- When requesting your invoice, you will need to have on hand and provide the following tax requirements:
- RFC with Homoclave
- Full name or company name
- Complete tax address including street and number, neighborhood, delegation or municipality, state and postal code.
- Use of CFDI
- Method of payment
