How are they handled?

Our policy for exchanging shoes for size, color or model is 30 calendar days. If the established period of time has elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

In order for the process to be carried out, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In case of offers, exchanges do not apply.

A) If the item has manufacturing defects, there will be no shipping cost if it is within the 30-day warranty period. (Exchanges and repairs are not accepted for sale merchandise).

B) If the company sends the wrong item, the user must report it immediately after receiving the order and the exchange can be made as long as it does not show signs of mistreatment or use and there will be no shipping cost.

C) If the purchased product is to be exchanged for size, model, color or is not to the customer's liking, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The payment for the guides is $356 (includes two round-trip guides).
